Published: March 25, 2014
Former Arsenal Academy attacker Emmanuel Adewole has ended speculation about his future by penning a three - month contract with Bangladeshi Premier League champions, Sheikh Russel.
There is an option to extend the deal for another year in his favor or he could terminate his stay if an interested suitor comes calling.
He has been searching for a new club since he departed Italian side, FC Pomarico last December.
And after considering the offers on the table from far and near, Emmanuel Adewole has decided it is best he pitched his tent at Sheikh Russel.
Subject to the release of his International Transfer Certificate ( ITC), he might make his debut on Wednesday in the Independent Cup.
The 23 - year - old will sport the number 7 jersey until the end of this season.
