Official : Karabukspor Snap Up Joseph Akpala On Three - Year Deal

Per a brief statement on its official website, Turkish Superlig side, Karabukspor has announced the acquisition of Joseph Akpala from Werder Bremen.
The Nigeria international, who last dressed for the African champions during the Fifa Confederations Cup, has penned a three - year contract that will keep him at the Blue Flame until the summer of 2017.
During his first stint at the Yeni�ehir Stadium, Joseph Akpala notched up 4 goals in 11 Super Lig appearances.
Karabükspor is his fourth team since he left his homeland in 2006 in search for the proverbial Golden Fleece.
The soon - to - be 28 - year - old previously defended the jerseys of Charleroi and Club Brugge.
And back in Nigeria, the product of Pepsi Football Academy represented Bendel Insurance and Bendel United.
