Udinese Plan To Sign Azubuike Egwuekwe And Loan Him To Granada
Published: November 26, 2014
Udinese are set to discard their transfer market philosophy in their bid to sign Warri Wolves defender Azubuike Egwuekwe.
Usually, the Italian club acquire upcoming talents from the third world and sell at a premium when they fully develop.
According to Tuttomercatoweb.com, the Bianconeri are hoping to clinch the signature of Egwuekwe, 25, and farm him out on loan to one of their affiliate teams, either Granada or Watford.
But it is given that the Warri Wolves skipper can not move to England as a result of red - tape, meaning everything is pointing to the fact that he would join Isaac Success in Granada if the transfer materializes.
In the summer of 2013, Red Star Belgrade had explored the possibility of capturing his signature but the Serbian champions failed to meet his 350, 000 euros asking price.
