Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Maltese Premier League outfit Zebbug Rangers have snapped up free agent Rashid Yussuff .
The Anglo - Nigerian midfielder has penned an 18 - month contract with Zebbug Rangers, who were promoted to the topflight at the end of last season.
Because they are struggling to stay afloat in the top division, a clause has been inserted into Rashid Yussuff’s contract that permits him to shred the agreement reached with the club if they go down.
The 25 - year - old, who has been capped by the youth teams of England, was on the radar of Finnish club FC Haka prior to his switch to the Island nation.
A product of Charlton Athletic, Yussuff will sport the number 23 jersey for the remainder of this season.
