Published: July 28, 2015
According to information gathered by allnigeriasoccer.com editorial staff, Norwegian Tippeligaen club FK Haugesund have agreed terms with Belgian champions Gent over the signing of Sad’eeq Yusuf.
There is no longer a point of conflict in negotiations, with the central midfielder expected to be unveiled by the Araberne on or before the next 48 hours.
It is envisaged that Sad’eeq Yusuf will remain on loan at the Rogaland county outfit until the end of the 2015 season.
The Golden Boot Soccer Academy product was not named in the line - up when Gent squared off against Westerlo in their season opener on Sunday, fueling speculation that a transfer might be in the offing.
Back in his homeland, Sad’eeq Yusuf has been likened to Juventus star Paul Pogba.
Only yesterday, Gent completed the signing of Super Eagles defender William Troost - Ekong, who will now spend the rest of the season at FKH.
