Super Eagles midfielder Christian Obodo may continue his career in Italy after a three - year absence.
Tuttomercatoweb.com is reporting that the former Plateau United man is in talks with a number of clubs in the Serie B.
Avellino, Bari and Spezia are exploring the possibility of signing the 31 - year - old ahead of the new season.
Christian Obodo previously represented Italian teams Fiorentina, Udinese, Perugia, Torino and Lecce.
Having spent more than ten years of his career in Italy, the Warri - born player is now in the possession of an Italian passport.
He assisted Greek club qualify for the finals of the Cup last season.
