Sean Okoli Excited To Train With Sporting Clube de Portugal

New England Revolution frontman Sean Okoli was delighted that he has been selected to train with Sporting Clube de Portugal this winter.
The 22 - year - old and two other players will practice with the Portuguese setup from November 29 - December 18 but a deal is not imminent as New England Revolution had only signed a partnership agreement with the Americans in October last year.
“Very honored and excited to train with @SportingCP_en ! Looking forward to continuing my development and working with such a great club!” Okoli posted on Twitter.
“Thank you @NERevolution for making this happen. I’m planning on making an impact with this team next year so this is trip is perfect for me. ”
The Nigerian - American made New England Revolution’s 18 - man squad 18 times in the 2015 season and came off the bench 5 times.
