Super Eagles Glovesman Ikeme Passed Fit To Face Ipswich Town
Published: April 01, 2016
Wolverhampton Wanderers netminder Carl Ikeme has recovered from illness and is available for selection against Ipswich Town in the Championship.
Ikeme returned to England earlier than expected due to a stomach bug he picked up while on international duty with the Nigeria squad but has now been passed fit by the medics to suit up against the Tractor Boys.
England U21 international Dominic Iorfa could make his 39th appearance of the season in all competitions, having returned to training unscathed after representing the Young Lions during the international break.
Wolves manager Kenny Jackett ran the rule over Nigerian defender Hakeem Odofin and other promising youngsters earlier in the week as a couple of first-team players were away on international duty.
Wolves tackle Ipswich Town at the Molineux Stadium on Saturday starting from 1500 hours local time.
