Efe Ambrose Welcomes Leicester City Record Signing Musa To Paradise
Published: July 23, 2016
Ahmed Musa, 23, is in line to make his second appearance for Leicester City on Saturday in a non-competitive fixture, an International Champions Cup clash against Celtic.
Musa and eighteen players arrived in Glasgow on Friday before having a feel of Celtic Park, venue of the meeting.
The former CSKA Moscow striker impressed on his debut for the Foxes on Tuesday, so much so that Leicester City and England hero Gary Lineker applauded him for his sharpness.
It would be the first time Musa will face fellow Nigeria international Efe Ambrose in a game staged in Europe, that is if the defender is given a run out, having missed Wednesday’s win in the Champions League versus Lincoln Red Imps .
After Saturday’s clash, the Premier League champs will tackle PSG (July 31) and Barcelona (August 3) in the ICC.
