Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Super Eagles goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa dispelled fears that he suffered an injury in Sunday’s league match against Enyimba after he took part in a recovery session on Monday morning.
The shot-stopper had to be replaced in the second half of the Nigeria Professional Football League tie against the champions after complaining of chest pains, and it has come to light he subbed out as a precaution.
FC Ifeanyi Ubah don’t train fully the next day after a league match but the players undergo swimming recuperation exercises, and Ezenwa proved he is in good condition by passing those tests with flying colours.

Crown FC of Ogbomosho because he is cup-tied.
Ezenwa will remain in Nnewi training with the feeders team before linking up with the first team in Lagos on Thursday.
