Babajide Scores First Competitive Goal For Watford Before Linking Up With England Squad

Rinsola Babajide netted her first competitive goal for Watford Ladies in their 3-2 loss to London Bees on Sunday afternoon in a FA WSL Spring Series fixture.
On 25 minutes, the Golden Girls were awarded a penalty after Babajide was brought down as she was about to pull the trigger and she got up to put Watford 1-0 up.
Watford did score another goal to double their advantage but threw away their lead, before Wilson netted the winner in the 84th minute.
Despite the defeat, Babajide was the most outstanding player on the pitch and picked up the Player of the Match accolade.
The 18-year-old will link up with England U19s squad on Monday, ahead of their trip to La Manga for an invitational tournament.
