Nigeria's Second Highest Paid Footballer Opens Season Account In Super League

Obafemi Martins registered his name on the scoresheet in Shanghai Shenhua's 2-0 road win over Guizhou Hengfeng Zhicheng on match day six in the Chinese Super League on Saturday.
The Nigeria international scored with a header to double Shanghai Shenhua's advantage eight minutes before half-time.
Martins's goal versus Guizhou Hengfeng Zhicheng was the second he has contributed to his team this season, having notched an assist last weekend against Odion Ighalo's Changchun Yatai.
The former Inter Milan and Newcastle United star impressed in his debut season, scoring 15 goals in all competitions and Shanghai Shenhua exercised their option to extend his contract for a second season.
Following their third win of the season, Gus Poyet's side occupy fifth position on the table with ten points.
