Chelsea Dazzler Moses Ranked 28th Best Player In The Premier League, Ahead Of Kante

Victor Moses finished in 28th position in the Sky Sports Power Rankings announced on Monday following the end of the 2016-2017 season.
The Power Rankings methodology reflects a player's performance by awarding points to players for 32 different stats and ranks
Eden Hazard, Diego Costa, Marcos Alonso, César Azpilicueta, Pedro, Gary Cahill and Thibaut Courtois ranked higher than Moses, but the wing-back is the best Nigeria international in the Premier League based on the ratings.
Moses garnered 59,134 points ahead of teammate N'Golo Kante (58, 984 points), David Luis (58,731), Matic (54,286) and Fabregas (52,265).
The other players of Nigerian descent that made the top 50 include Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli and Everton's Ross Barkley.
