2018 World Cup: Okocha Feels Sorry For Uruguay GK After Massive Blunder Against France

Atlético Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann benefited from a massive goalkeeping blunder by Fernando Muslera to double France's advantage in the 61st minute when his speculative shot from outside the box slipped through the goalkeeper's hands.
Ex-PSG midfielder Austin Okocha felt sorry for the Uruguay goalkeeper and suggested that the goal was scored because the Galatasaray star was indecisive.
Okocha said in his post-match analysis on SuperSport : ''France got more confident passing the ball around more, you have to feel sorry for the Uruguay goalkeeper for the second goal, today they didn't really do much to deserve anything out of this game.
''Sometimes as a player, you have to accept defeat and accept that you are not good enough or you didn't do well enough, that should be the case for the Uruguayan players today.
''He might have been caught in two minds, he didn't know whether to stop it or to parry it....''
