Chelsea Product Solanke Declared One Hundred Percent Fit To Face Old Club
Published: September 25, 2018Chelsea Academy product Dominic Solanke has been declared one hundred percent fit ahead of Liverpool's League Cup third round tie against The Blues on Wednesday evening.
The England U21 star was not in The Reds squad against Southampton because the game came too soon for him as he had just returned to training after suffering from concussion.
Manager Jurgen Klopp kept everyone in the dark about the players that will take to the pitch apart from goalkeeper Simon Mignolet and hinted that he will name a strong side.
''Divock is not far away - but the ankle is an unfortunate situation which happened after the Everton game a few years ago,'' Klopp said at the pre-match press conference.
''Adam (Lallana) has trained with the team and is coming back step by step - it won’t be that long any more. Dom (Solanke) is completely back.''

Solanke spent 13 years at Chelsea before heading to Liverpool on a permanent deal in the summer of 2017.
