Stoke City Manager Sends Message To Etebo : Show Your Impact Against Millwall
Published: December 22, 2018Oghenekaro Etebo is expected to return to Stoke City's match day squad in a Championship clash against Millwall at the Bet365 Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Nigeria international has finished serving a three-game ban that saw him miss games against Reading, Ipswich Town and Aston Villa following his first red card in English football last month.
Stoke City manager Gary Rowett expects Etebo to come back refreshed having recharged his batteries for close to a month.
Speaking to the Potters official website, Rowett said : ''For the most part we are okay injury wise......
''Of course we have Peter Etebo coming back into the fold after he had an enforced break and I certainly expect him to come back in and have an impact, where he starts or comes off the bench.''
Stoke City are five points behind Middlesbrough, who occupy the last playoff spot, and were unbeaten in the three games Etebo was not available for selection.
