Chelsea Hero Wants Tammy Abraham Back From His Loan Spell At Aston Villa
Published: December 31, 2018Chelsea hero Frank Sinclair wants Tammy Abraham to be recalled from his loan spell at Championship club Aston Villa in the January transfer window.
At the moment, the England U21 striker is Aston Villa's leading scorer with 14 goals, including ten in his last ten matches.
Chelsea's two recognized strikers Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud have netted six goals combined in the Premier League and Sinclair reckons Abraham could be the answer to the club's goal scoring problems.
''I don't see why not. Bring him back,'' said Sinclair on Chelsea TV, according to Inside Futbol.
''He's played a lot of football, so he's match fit and ready to go, and even if you bring Tammy back to be a part of the FA Cup campaign, it's an extra body that helps us out.
''Good luck to Aston Villa, but you've got to think about yourself.''
Of the top six teams in the English topflight, Chelsea have scored the
least number of goals, 38 in total, and Eden Hazard who is originally a
winger has accounted for ten.
