Nigerians React As Oshoala Enters Barcelona History Books Barcelona Femeni were thrashed 4-1 by Lyon in Saturday's UEFA Women's Champions League final.

Though it was a bad day for the whole team, Nigerian striker Asisat Oshoala will be very happy with the new height she attained during the short time she spent on the pitch.

She scored a late goal for the Spanish giants to become the first African and Barcelona player to score in UEFA Women's Champions League final.

Her latest achievement sent Twitter into a total meltdown as fans kept singing her praises.

The striker is expected to return back to her parent club Dalian Quanjian F.C. in China, but it remains unknown if Barcelona will sign her on a permanent deal.
