Why Juventus Defender Iweru Should Seek A Loan Move This Summer
Published: May 27, 2019Paolo Gozzi Iweru made his first-team debut for Juventus against SPAL last month, becoming the youngest player to feature for the Serie A champions in the 2018-19 campaign in the process.
It is certain Juventus won't want to release him on permanent deal considering his potential, but they won't stop him from going on loan to other club.
Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini, and Daniele Rugani were magnificent throughout the season, it will be very difficult for the youngster to displace any of them from the starting line-up next season.
In addition, Massimiliano Allegri, who had so much trust in Iweru's ability, has confirmed his departure and a new manager is set to take over the helm of affairs.
As it stands, the Old Lady are yet to know their new manager and Iweru is equally in the dark as regards to whether the next manager has plans for him or not.
The youngster must be loaned out to a club where regular game-time is guaranteed to avoid being in a club where he will hardly make the match-day squad.
