Done Deal : Manchester City Announce Signing Of Talented Nigerian Winger
Published: July 23, 2019Manchester City have officially confirmed the signing of Nigerian youngster Samuel Edozie who played for the youth team of Millwall last season.
Coach Gareth Taylor revealed on Tuesday that the highly-rated winger is among the new players in Manchester City U18 side for the upcoming season.
''The new lads have settled well and that can only happen when you have a decent group that invites them in as there is a lot to take in when you come in to a new club – especially a club the size of ours - in terms of getting to know the staff, settling in where you live and what have you,'' Taylor said to the official website of the Citizens.
''Sam Edozie has come from Millwall and it will be different environment for him, Liam Delap has come from Derby, another team that was really strong last season while Oscar Bobb and Oscar Tarensi have also joined us from overseas.''
