Top Three Nigeria U23 Stars To Watch Out For Vs Ivory CoastNigeria will kick start their 2019 U23 African Cup of Nations on Saturday when they face Ivory Coast in their opening Group B game, and the clash promises to live up to its billing as it will see two of the continent's finest battle each other.

Coach Imama Amapakabo  will rely on one or two of the stars at his disposal to negotiate this very crucial test and we will look at three of these ones thus,

Bright Enobakhare: Enobakhare is expected to earn his competitive debut for the Dream Team against the Elephants, with first choice striker Taiwo Awoniyi unavailable.

The Wolverhampton Wanderers youngster is talented enough to warrant a look-in, as he has demonstrated in the English League One during the course of his loan spell last season.

He showed glimpses of his talent in a recent friendly game against Cameroon, and could fully come alive when they tackle their next opposition.

Orji Okonkwo: Okonkwo is also expected to be one of the influential players for this team at the tournament, particularly going forward.

The 2013 U-17 World Cup winner had actually enjoyed a banner season with Montreal Impact after transferring to MLS on loan, contributing to ten goals (eight goals, two assists) in 28 league games just before reporting for international duty.

Come Saturday, we could get to see some of his skill sets against Ivory Coast.

Kelechi Nwakali: Nwakali could use this tournament to fulfill his early promise, as it seemingly looks it will take much more from him to join the mainstream.

The former Arsenal starlet has struggled to hit the ground running, with several loan spells stagnating his development, but it is no secret that his talent remains.

He will form a key part of Amapakabo's midfield in Egypt and will particularly be tasked with playing just off the attackers.
