Confirmed : Bournemouth-Owned Midfielder Extends Loan Deal With Wycombe Wanderers
Published: June 11, 2020Premier League club Bournemouth have officially reported that Nigeria U20 national-teamer Nnamdi Ofoborh has extended his loan deal with League One side Wycombe Wanderers.
What this means is that the central midfielder is eligible to represent the Blues in the playoffs.
Wycombe Wanderers are one of the four teams that will contest the League One playoffs after finishing the regular season which was cancelled in third position.
Ofoborh will be hoping to be involved when Wycombe Wanderers tackle Fleetwood Town over two legs in the semi-finals.
The 20-year-old joined the third-tier side on loan last September and has gone on to make 22 appearances in all competitions, scoring his first senior goal against MK Dons in the EFL Trophy.
Around this time last year, the former Tottenham Hotspur youth-teamer was defending the colours of Nigeria at the FIFA U20 World Cup in Poland.
