'Tough On The Field, Off The Field A Wonderful Person' - Molde's Ohi Praises Arsenal Star Luiz
Published: November 25, 2020Molde striker Ohi Omoijuanfo has praised Arsenal center back David Luiz for his humility ahead of Thursday's Europa League meeting at the Aker Stadium.
For the first time in the group stage of this season's Europa League, Omoijuanfo failed to find the back of the net as Molde were thrashed 4-1 by Arsenal at the Emirates before the international break.
The Gunners' central defence pairing of Luiz and Shkodran Mustafi prevented the Norwegian-Nigerian from wreaking havoc.
"The first time I go to the Emirates I have to play and train there. It was completely surreal," Omoijuanfo said to Molde's YouTube account.
"David Luiz is one of the most kind-hearted the football players I have met. Tough on the field, but off the field a hero, wonderful person.A bit like me, so we fit well together there. "

Having lost the first leg, Omoijuanfo has warned the Arsenal players that it will be a different ball game in their own backyard and is confident Molde can snatch at least a point.
"I found the match incredible tough but that we were fully on par with Arsenal, especially in the first half.
"One is even more looking forward to Arsenal coming to Aker Stadium, because it will be completely another match!
"We know how solid we can be at home.We will dare to push them a little high. We must be wise, and we must dare to say that we go for one or three points.
"It is entirely possible, and we have so much faith in ourselves. Maybe people will call us naive for it, but they can only do so," Omoijuanfo concluded.

Three other players of Nigerian descent are in the frame to be named in the matchday squad for tomorrow's game; Leke James for Molde and Arsenal teenagers Miguel Azeez and Folarin Balogun who both traveled with the first team to Norway.
