Published: June 23, 2021Allnigeriasoccer.com has been told that Sudanese Premier League club Hilal Al-Fasher are on the brink of confirming the signing of experienced Nigerian center forward Olusoji Olushola Jolayemi.
The 32-year-old put pen to paper on a one-season deal with Hilal Al-Fasher few weeks ago (see photo) and has jetted out to Sudan ahead of his unveiling.
The 6 ft 1 in tall attacker is joining Hilal Al-Fasher from Nigerian club based in Oyo State, Karamone FC.
Jolayemi's other clubs he previously represented include Ocean Boys FC, JSP FC and Sewe Sport Club in the Ivory Coast.
He has been described as a goal poacher who is physical, pacy and very good in the air.
Jolayemi has drawn comparisons with out-of-favor Nigeria international Uche Nwofor who played two games for the Super Eagles at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
The deal taking him to Hilal Al-Fasher was brokered by Nigerian intermediary Ramone Remmie.
