Pundit insists Chelsea's potential signing of Super Eagles star would not impact Broja's future

CBS reporter Ben Jacobs has insisted that Chelsea's potential signing of Victor Osimhen would not have an impact on the future of Albania international striker Armando Broja.
Those upstairs at Stamford Bridge are considering a move for the Napoli star next summer after receiving glowing reports from their talent spotters.
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly, together with the Board, are building a team of talents for the future, and brought in exciting young players Carney Chukwuemeka, Omari Hutchinson, Cesare Casadei, Gabriel Slonina, Tyler Dibling and Zak Sturge in the summer transfer window.
Last month, the Blues secured the long term futures of promising young players Reece James and Broja until the end of the 2027-2028 season.
Broja has made thirteen appearances for Chelsea this term, an indication that he is in the plans of the coaching staff.
Speakiing to Givemesport, Jacobs said : "If they do bring in a striker, whether it's Osimhen or another player in that kind of mould, I don't think it will have too much impact on Broja because he's signed a new long-term deal at Stamford Bridge and is pretty settled now.
"That calmness in his head actually started under Thomas Tuchel, and now that Potter has come in, he's been even further reassured that he's a long-term part of the plans. Broja's perspective has changed from pre-season."
2015 FIFA U17 World Cup Golden Boot winner Osimhen is under contract with Napoli until June 30, 2025.
