Two Super Eagles stars in action for Forest as Arsenal register biggest win since Wenger's departure

Super Eagles stars Taiwo Awoniyi and Emmanuel Dennis could not help Nottingham Forest clinch a second successive victory over Arsenal.
The two Nigeria internationals were in action as Nottingham Forest lost 5-0 to the Gunners in a Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium in London on Sunday afternoon.
The Gunners' victory today was their biggest win in the Premier League since the departure of their legendary manager Arsene Wenger in 2018.
Awoniyi's efforts to be Nottingham Forest's hero once again came to nought and was substituted for Neco Williams in the 64th minute.
Meanwhile Emmanuel Dennis who spent 36 minutes on the pitch had 18 touches and no shot to register.
The Gunners were quick out of the blocks, getting ahead in the 5th minute through Gabriel Martinelli. The Brazilian youngster headed in from a brilliant cross whipped in by Bukayo Saka.
Arsenal were then forced to make a first half substitution following an injury to Saka, with Reiss Nelson replacing the England international.
In the 44th minute, Gibbs-White's free-kick was headed goalwards by Kouyaté but Awoniyi couldn't quite reach it at the far post.
Four minutes after the resumption of the second half, Nelson got his name on the scoresheet and within three minutes, the Hale End Academy product got his brace and Arsenal's third of the day.
In the 56th minute, the visitors made a double change as Lingard and Gibbs-White made way for Emmanuel Dennis and Johnson.
Ghanaian star Partey then went on to compound Forests' woes as he found the top corner in the 57th minute.
And in the 78th minute, Arsenal got their fifth goal through skipper Martin Ødegaard.
Awoniyi has scored three goals from twelve Premier League games while Emmanuel Dennis has scored one from eight games so far.
In the standings, Arsenal are in first place with 31 points from 12 games while the Reds are rock bottom of the league with 9 points.
