Super Falcons camp update : Barcelona & Leicester stars, 17 others report for international duty

Nineteen players invited for the Super Falcons' April internationals have reported for international duty in the Antalya Province ahead of the national team's friendlies against Haiti and New Zealand.
The camp officially opened on Tuesday with nine players in attendance as at dinner time, namely Yewande Balogun, Regina Otu, Esther Okoronkwo, Onome Ebi, Etim Inyene, Abiodun Deborah, Halimatu Ayinde, Vivian Ikechukwu and Glory Ogbonna.
Ten new players linked up with the squad on Wednesday morning before the team's breakfast.
They include Barcelona striker Asisat Oshoala, who was not involved in the internationals in February, Leicester City defender Ashleigh Plumptre, Atletico Madrid forward Rasheedat Ajibade and Levante midfielder Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene.
Completing the players in camp are : Tosin Demehin, Rofiat Imuran, Chiamaka Nnadozie, Gift Monday, Toni Payne and Christy Uchiebe.
Michelle Alozie, Ifeoma Onumonu, Uchenna Kanu and Desire Oparanozie are the players yet to show up in camp as at the time of writing this report.
The nine-time African champions have a date against World Cup-bound Haiti women’s national team at the Emir Sports Complex in Antalya, Turkey on Friday, April 7, before taking on World Cup co-hosts New Zealand at the Mardan Sports Complex also in Antalya on Tuesday, April 11.
Super Falcons head coach Randy Waldrum is using the friendlies to prepare his team for this summer's FIFA Women's World Cup.
