Most PL assists by strikers : Cobham product Solanke joint first on the leaderboard with Haaland

No Premier League striker has registered more assists in the English top-flight than Chelsea's Cobham product Dominic Solanke so far this season.
According to the statisticians at BT Sport, the Bournemouth star has set up his teammates on seven occasions in the Premier League this season, making him the top assists provider in the division among center forwards- an honour he shares with Manchester City goal machine Erling Haaland.
Solanke bagged assists against six different teams namely Nottingham Forest, Leicester City, Fulham, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Tottenham Hotspur (2) and Southampton, while Haaland provided assists in five matches.
The Super Eagles-eligible player took his goal involvements in the Premier League to twelve (5 goals, 7 assists) after providing a game-winning assist for the Cherries in a 1-0 win at Southampton on Thursday,
In the 50th minute, the Cherries took the lead when Marcus Tavernier shot low into the net after he was released by Solanke.
Overall, only Kevin De Bruyne (16), Bukayo Saka (11), Leandro Trossard (10), Michael Olise (8) and Andrew Robertson (8) have laid on more goals than Solanke in the Premier League.
Bournemouth have won their last three away games with Solanke directly participating in four goals.
