Victor Boniface yet to start negotiations with any team amid Eintracht Frankfurt, Leipzig links
Published: June 09, 2023Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report with certainty that European clubs interested in the acquisition of Victor Boniface in the summer transfer window have yet to firm up with their interest in the Royal Union Saint Gilloise frontman.
It is confirmed that Boniface is attracting interest from clubs in the big five European Leagues, especially in the German Bundesliga, but no offers have been received at this very moment amid speculation linking him with an imminent departure from the Jupiler Pro League side.
The 22-year-old is believed to be on the wishlist of Eintracht Frankfurt, while he has been scouted by RB Leipzig with a view to a transfer.
RB Leipzig are in the market for a new striker and Boniface is on their list of targets, but the leading candidate for the role is Loïc Openda who has already agreed personal terms with the Saxony club.
Boniface and his camp are currently not negotiating with any team, including Eintracht Frankfurt and RB Leipzig.
He made a splash in his debut season in Belgium, having directly participated in an impressive 29 goals (17 goals, 12 assists) in fifty one appearances across all competitions.
The former Bodo/Glimt star was nominated for the Ebony Shoe, Belgian Pro League Player of the Year, and was named in the Europa League Team of the Season.
