PL opening day fixtures: Super Eagles stars Awoniyi, Dennis, Iwobi, Onyeka discover opponents

Through its official website, the Premier League has released the fixtures and dates for all the 380 matches that will be played in the English top-flight for the 2023-2024 season.
Everton will begin their campaign with a home clash against Fulham at Goodison Park, with two former England youth internationals of Nigerian descent in contention to feature if they don't move on to pastures new in the summer transfer window.
Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi will be aiming to make his 222nd appearance in the top-flight and Tosin Adarabioyo his 59th for the Cottagers on Saturday, August 12.
Nigeria international strikers Taiwo Awoniyi and Emmanuel Dennis' Nottingham Forest will begin the Premier League season with a trip to the Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal on Saturday, August 12.

On the opening day of the season, Brentford take on Tottenham Hotspur at the Gtech Community Stadium on Sunday, August 13, with Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka hoping to be involved for the Bees.
