Sky Sports' Nigerian pundit predicts Chukwuemeka will get more game time under new Chelsea boss

Sky Sports pundit of Nigerian descent Samuel Obaseki believes that Super Eagles-eligible midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka will get more playing time under new Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino in the new season.
Chukwuemeka has struggled for playing time since he arrived at Stamford Bridge from Aston Villa last summer.
The 19-year-old could only start two Premier League games last season and was a substitute on twelve occasions.
Due to his lack of minutes in his first season with Chelsea, he has been linked with a temporary departure from Stamford Bridge this summer.
Obaseki while speaking on the program Transfer Talk on Sky Sports believes that Chukwuemeka alongside Cesare Casadei and Andrey Santos will get game time in the Premier League next season.
"Pochettino has seen some of the midfielders that have been playing during pre-season; Santos, Chukwuemeka, Casadei who had a good U20 World Cup and I think he has realized the quality he has got at hand.
"Obviously it will be naive to think they will all be able to work in the Premier League and play a full season and that is why the Caicedo link makes sense but I think we will see more of them than we initially thought," Obaseki said on Football Daily.
Chukwuemeka has featured in Chelsea's two pre-season games so far which were against Wrexham and Brighton & Hove.
He has registered an assist and was also involved in the Blues' first goal against Brighton.
With three more pre-season games to be played by Pochettino's side, the Aston Villa Academy product will have more time to impress his new manager ahead of the new season
