Portsmouth interested in signing Chelsea midfielder of Nigerian descent on a loan deal

Portsmouth are pushing to sign Chelsea midfielder of Nigeria descent Faustino Anjorin.
According to Football.London, the English League One club are interested in signing the Cobham Academy product on a loan deal.
Besides Portsmouth, the 21-year-old has attracted interest from clubs based in France, Holland, Germany, Denmark and Scotland but Chelsea wants him to remain in England
Anjorin spent the whole of last season on loan with Huddersfield in the Championship but could only manage nine appearances in all competitions, registering three goal contributions.
He also had a previous loan spell with Russian outfit Lokomotiv Moscow but didn't enjoy his stay at the club due to injuries and only made 9 appearances scoring one goal.
While the former England youth International still has the ambition to play regularly for the first team, it doesn't appear that he is in the plans of Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentine tactician excluded the England-born midfielder from the Blues' pre-season squad which evidences the fact that he is not in his plans.
