Official: Alli extends contract with Czech club Zbrojovka Brno before loan move to Ceske Budejovice
Published: August 25, 2023Through their official website, Czech National Football League club Zbrojovka Brno have announced that Nigerian offensive player Wale Musa Alli has extended his contract.
Alli signed a new deal until June 2025 and at the same time was farmed out on loan to České Budějovice, where he will spend the remainder of the 2023-2024 season.
The diminutive winger transferred to Zbrojovka Brno in the summer of 2022 after a stint in Austria with SKU Amstetten.
Last season, he played in 35 league matches, scoring three goals while producing six assists, and he has been involved in three goals in five appearances in the new season.
Alli, who is known for his pace, defended the colours of Estonian outfit Kalev Tallinn after moving from his native Nigeria in 2019.
During his time in Estonia, the 22-year-old was involved in 14 goals (10 goals, 4 assists) from 35 matches in all competitions, including a hat-trick against JK Volta II.
Earlier this year, Alli was linked with moves to Belgian clubs KAA Gent, Sint-Truidense V.V and K.V. Kortrijk but nothing came out of it.
České Budějovice have inserted an option to buy in their loan deal for Alli.
