The Portuguese football tactician has made four changes to the team that started against Ivory Coast, with Kenneth Omeruo replacing William Troost-Ekong in the centre of defence and Joe Aribo coming in for Alex Iwobi.
The inclusion of Bright Osayi-Samuel means there is no place in the starting lineup for Porto fullback Zaidu Sanusi and the last change sees Moses Simon preferred over Ademola Lookman.
