Allnigeriasoccer.com's round-up of Nigeria-eligible players that either scored or assisted in the Premier League on Tuesday night.

Super Eagles forward Taiwo Awoniyi made his return to action with a goal for Nottingham Forest in their 2-1 loss to Arsenal.

He got his goal in the 89th minute, pouncing on a loose ball in the penalty area and then firing a shot beyond the reach of David Raya.

The former Liverpool striker last featured in Forest's 3-2 loss to West Ham back in November and has now made 11 appearances in the Premier League this season, scoring five goals.

Awoniyi has now scored in three consecutive matches against Arsenal, firing blanks only once back in October 2022.

Similarly, French-Nigerian winger Michael Olise marked his return from injury in stellar form registering two assists and 1 goal in Crystal Palace's 3-2 win over Sheffield United.

He got his first assist in the 17th minute, crossing the ball into the penalty area, which was met by the head of Eberechi Eze who drew level for the Eagles for the first time in the game.

The French youth international would go on to bag another assist in the 27th minute combining once again with Eze to draw the home side level for the second time in the encounter.

According to statisticians at Opta, he has now assisted Eze 7 times in the Premier League, the joint-most a Crystal Palace player has assisted another in the Premier League history.

The 22-year-old wasn't done for the night as he put Roy Hodgson's men ahead in the 67th minute with a brilliant shot from outside the box-his effort also earned Crystal Palace the maximum points.

He has now registered 6 goals and three assists in the Premier League this season.

Elsewhere, Elijah Adebayo bagged a hat trick for Luton Town in their incredible 4-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion.

He opened the scoring as early as the first minute with a header into the middle of the goalpost and got his second two minutes before the end of the first half.

Former Chelsea midfielder Ross Midfielder rolled the ball into his past and he produced a brilliant shot into the bottom right corner.

The 26-year-old got his third of the night in the 56th minute with a magnificent header inside the six-yard box after the Seagulls' defense failed to clear their lines from a corner kick.

According to statisticians at Opta, Adebayo entered into the history books as he became the first player to score a hat trick for Luton Town in the English top-flight in 34 years and the first to do so at Kenilworth Road since 1988.

Adebayo has now registered 8 goals in twenty-one appearances in the league this season.
