Allnigeriasoccer.com's review of the Nigerian players that found the net for their respective foreign clubs in league matches on Sunday, May 12. 

Arsenal's Hale End Academy product Armstrong Okoflex ended a seven-month goal drought in the Swiss Super League as FC Zürich registered a 3-1 road win against FC Winterthur at Schützenwiese.

After Remo Arnold had put the home team in front, Okoflex equalized following a corner.

FC St. Pauli returned to the German Bundesliga after a 13-year hiatus, securing their well-deserved spot with a 3-1 victory over VfL Osnabrück

Super Eagles hopeful Dapo Afolayan was the hero for St. Pauli, scoring a brace and providing an assist to take his goal involvements for the season to thirteen (10 goals, 3 assists).

Adam Jakobsen's header in the 90th minute leveled the score. 

Across the border in Finland, former Aston Villa youth teamer Collin Odutayo scored his first ever goal in the Veikkausliiga as
FC Lahti thrashed IFK Mariehamn 3-0 on matchday six.

The winger doubled the advantage from the spot four minutes before halftime, taking his tally to five goals in thirteen all-competition appearances in the process. 

Last but not least, Paul Onuachu has put himself back in contention to be named in the Super Eagles squad list for next month's 2026 World Cup qualifying matches against South Africa and Benin after recovering from injury to feature in Trabzonspor's 3-0 win over Istanbulspor at Papara Park.

The Southampton loanee opened the scoring in the sixth minute and a minute later, celebrated his fifteenth goal in a Trabzonspor shirt.
