After annoying Wolves fans with social media post, Chelsea star Madueke makes another headline with hat-trick

After annoying some Wolverhampton Wanderers supporters with a now-deleted controversial social media post before the Premier League clash at the Molineux Stadium, English-born Nigerian forward made another headline by netting his first senior hat-trick.
Madueke displayed an outstanding performance in his first start of the season for Chelsea amid speculation about his future, with reports linking him with a possible move to Newcastle United.
Madueke scored a hat-trick in the second half to lead the Blues to a comfortable 6-2 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Two minutes into the contest, Nicolas Jackson opened the scoring for Chelsea, but Matheus Cunha quickly equalized for Wolves in the 27th minute with an assist from Rayan Ait-Nouri.
Cole Palmer then regained the lead for Chelsea with an assist from Nicolas Jackson in the 45th minute, only for Jorgen Larsen to level the score for the hosts from an assist by Toti Gomes in the sixth minute of first half stoppage time.
Madueke netted Chelsea's third goal just four minutes into the second half, and then secured his brace in the 58th minute.
The 22-year-old winger completed his hat-trick in the 63rd minute, converting a pass from Cole Palmer for the third time, making it the England midfielder's third assist of the game.
Joao Felix, the recent acquisition from Atletico Madrid, sealed the victory for Chelsea with a goal assisted by Pedro Neto in the final ten minutes of the match.
Since the beginning of the season, the Madueke has been used as a second half substitute by Enzo Maresca.
He was an unused substitute in Chelsea's Premier League opener against Manchester City and replaced Pedro Neto in the second half of the UEFA Conference League qualifiers against Servette in midweek.
There have been ongoing rumours linking the Chelsea winger to a potential transfer to Newcastle in recent weeks, casting uncertainty on his future with the Blues as the summer transfer window draws to a close.
