The thirty most valuable players in Super Lig: Osimhen takes the crown, Osayi-Samuel ranked 29th
Published: December 23, 2024
After the latest update of the most valuable players in the Süper Lig, Transfermarkt.com has included two Super Eagles players among the 30 most valuable players in the division.
Unsurprisingly, Victor Osimhen has been crowned the most valuable player in the Turkish top flight with a value of €75 million, which is the reported amount of his release clause.
The 25-year-old’s value is almost thrice as much as the second-placed player, Gabriel Sara, his Galatasaray teammate whose estimated valuatuon is €23 million.
Osimhen has scored nine league goals this season to rank second in the top-scorers chart, and he is also the fourth player with the most goals per game.
Bright Osayi-Samuel is the other player on the list, as he is the 29th most valuable player in the Turkish top flight.
The Fenerbahçe right-back has a valuation of €8 million, the same as Osimhen's teammate, Ismail Jacobs.
The 26-year-old has made 18 appearances across all competitions this season, and he is yet to register a goal involvement.
Transfermarkt.com provides a hypothetical valuation of players, and it is not the actual amount a player will cost in the transfer market.
However, the inclusion of Osimhen and Osayi-Samuel is an indication that they are among the best players in the Süper Lig.
