CAF Sends Letters To Heartland, Lobi Stars

African football governing body CAF has sent official letters to Heartland and Lobi Stars, who are representing Nigeria in the 2013 Edition of the Confederation Cup, advising them that the deadline for submitting their roster for the competition is next Monday or precisely beginning of the first hour of the day on Tuesday.
Between January 1 - 15, clubs participating in the competition can withdraw any player registered provided they pay a fine of $500 to the continental body.
Lobi will face the winners of the tie between Gaborone (Botswana) and Muculmana from Mozambique while Heartland meet either D.D Guadalupe of Sao Tome or Bitam of Gabon. The games have been fixed for the weekend March 15 - 17.
