Dynamo Kiev Expecting Striker To Replace Ideye
Published: January 06, 2013
Brown Ideye could be away on international duty with the Nigeria selection for more than one month.
As a result, Dynamo Kiev may strengthen the squad with an offensive reinforcement in January, president Igor Surkis has hinted.
Football.ua citing the official website of the Ukrainian vice - champions quoted Surkis as saying: ''In the future we will be looking for a striker. Especially if Brown Ideye goes with the national team of Nigeria to the African Cup of Nations, we will be very difficult without him.If Nigeria progress to the final of the competition, Ideye will almost certainly not help us in the games against Bordeaux.''
The players of Dynamo Kiev return from vacation on January 10. After medical tests, the squad starts full training five days later.
