SonderjyskE Trialist, Rabiu Afolabi In Fine Physical Condition
Published: March 13, 2013
Nigeria international Rabiu Afolabi has been testing with Danish club SønderjyskE since the start of the week. On Tuesday, the ex Red Bull Salzburg defender played in the reserve league against FC Nordsjælland.
Afolabi impressed assistant coach Peter Enevoldsen with his physical fitness, though he is lacking match training.
''He made it ok. He trains in the morning, and then we will see . He played the entire match, and there was nothing physical to see. There he was good enough.
''He lacks, of course, something of struggle, and we have only 11 games left. We must assess whether he can strengthen us now,'' Peter Enevoldsen told bold.dk.
