Panionios Ponder Loan Move For Michael Olaitan
Published: August 09, 2013
Nigeria youth international Michael Olaitan, 20, is a target of Greece Super League club Panionios in the summer transfer window.
Gazzetta.gr says Panionios are in the market for an attacking midfielder and have approached the leadership of Olympiakos to discuss the possibility of having Olaitan play for them on loan this coming season.
Before the start of the pre - season, there was talk that Michael Olaitan, a nominee for the best youngster in the Football League last year, will struggle for a first team shirt at Olympiakos.
So far, the Flying Eagles star has impressed manager Míchel, even netting twice against German club Sandhausen last week.
And as a result, it is unlikely that Olympiakos will agree to do business with Panionios.
Michael Olaitan is under contract with The Reds until June 2017.
