Sylvester Igboun Not Satisfied With First Place
Published: August 09, 2013
FC Midtjylland provisionally top the Danish Superliga standings with maximum nine points from three matches.
Nigerian striker Sylvester Igboun has admitted that the players of the Jutland side are not getting carried away and want to improve.
Speaking to bold.dk, the 22 -year - old attacker said : '' Our secret is hard work. And that nobody in the squad is satisfied with winning a match. Everyone will always be better.
'' And the coaches must have a great deal of credit for all the time to prepare us well and keep us on top.''
FCM will win their fourth game on the bounce if they defeat Randers this weekend.
'' It runs well for us at the moment and we have confidence and are happy to be number one.
'' But it is important that we now hold our head up and continue to work as a team to try to maintain first place, '' says Igboun to bold.dk.
Including the end of last season, FCM have garnered 28 of 33 possible points in their last 11 matches.
