Official : Fanendo Adi Inks Four - Year Deal With FC Copenhagen

Scandinavia powerhouse FC Copenhagen have completed the signing of Nigerian striker Fanendo Adi on a four - year contract, writes the official website.
The 22 - year - old, once touted as the 'Next Nwankwo Kanu' last played for Slovak club AC Trencin.
Fanendo Adi has expressed joy that FC Copenhagen have offered him a contract.
Speaking to the official website, he said : '' I very much look forward to representing FC Copenhagen and try my hand at a big club in a league and a country I've only heard good things about.
'' It was not a hard choice, because I feel that FCK is the right step for me now.''
Fanendo Adi added : Although I am still young and can get better, I have already tried a lot in my career and I know that I am here in Copenhagen will be forced to give my best and work hard every day to get the chance to contribute to the team in Scandinavia's biggest club. ''
Apart from his stint with AC Trencin, Fanendo Adi previously defended the colors of Ukrainian clubs Dynamo Kiev, Metalurh Donetsk and Tavriya.
