Sylvester Igboun Prefers Foreign Switch
Published: August 18, 2013
Brondby and OB Odense are reportedly interested in Nigerian striker Sylvester Igboun, but he prefers a move to club overseas should he depart FCM this summer.
In recent seasons, Brondby and OB Odense have not been the powerhouses they used to be in the Danish championship.
'' I will not say much about it because I do not know if the story is true or not.
'' I have not heard anything from anyone, so I prefer to keep quiet about it. Only when I hear something concrete, I will relate to it. Until then, I focus on playing football,'' Igboun told bold.dk.
Adding to his previous statement, Sylvester Igboun said:
'' My first priority has always been and still is to switch from FC Midtjylland to a big club in a bigger league.
'' But I also know that you can not always get what you wish for in life.
'' I am happy to be in FC Midtjylland, and we'll see what happens.
'' Until I hear something concrete, I will focus on training and playing matches.''
Recall that Igboun told this portal back in June that Belgian, Dutch and French clubs were monitoring his situation.
