Besiktas Re - Ignite Interest In Elderson Echiejile
Published: August 29, 2013
Besiktas remain a candidate to sign Nigeria wing-back Elderson Echiejile but he is not their primary target.
According to reporting by Fanatik, the leadership of the Black Eagles will shift attention to Elderson should the club fail to sign Dutch defender of Manchester United Alexander Büttner.
25 - year - old Echiejile, according to reports, was courted by Norwich City and Stuttgart in the ongoing summer transfer market, but it is assumed that both teams did not meet his three million euros valuation.
The Super Eagle, whose contract expires in the summer of 2014, has not made a single appearance for Sporting Braga in the Primeira Liga and the Europa League this season.
