Benjamin Onwuachi Happy With Debut
Published: September 03, 2013
Benjamin Onwuachi has expressed delight after assisting Iraklis defeat Yannitsa in his unofficial debut for the Greek second - tier club last weekend.
The Nigerian striker has failed to make an appearance in the championship as he was lacking match fitness after a visa hitch prevented him from joining the team's training camp.
'' We have a long way to go. And the team too. I am happy for my first appearance even in an informal game in the starting lineup.
'' It is good for us in the dressing room that we won. I still have a little work.
'' We have very good coach and trainer who exercises and it helps me and I could be ready directly,'' Onwuachi was quoted as saying by gazzetta.gr.
