The financial terms and length of contract were not disclosed by the Gunners, though the player has told this portal that he penned a two - year contract.
According to arsenal.com, the 19 - year - old central defender will be on the books of Arsenal Academy.
Semi Ajayi joins Anglo - Nigerians Chuba Akpom, Alex Iwobi and Chuks Aneke at the Emirates.
The highly rated starlet last represented Charlton Athletic Academy.
