Loyal Dynamo Kiev Fan Erects Billboard To Congratulate Ideye
Published: October 05, 2013
Nigeria international Brown Ideye will celebrate his 25th birthday on October 10, just three days before the Super Eagles tackle Ethiopia in a crucial World Cup play - off game.
A loyal fan of Dynamo Kiev, who does not want his name in print, has erected a billboard in honor of the attacker.
“We just want to support Brown in his difficult period because most of the season, he sits on the bench as substitute.
“Dynamo, in turn, too, not the best times. This poster I want to not only congratulate my idol, but also to show that I was with a team of heart and soul!” the supporter told the electronic version of TV Channel, ICTV.ua.
According to estimates, the unnamed supporter must have spent 4,000 Ukrainian Hryvnia (equivalent of 360 euros) to erect the billboard excluding fees for the poster.
