Manager Stephen Keshi is not letting the away game factor affect his starting lineup for Sunday&rsquo;s World Cup qualifier against Ethiopia.<br /><br />Like the game against Malawi in Calabar, Keshi will stick to the same 4 - 3 - 3 formation.
